How to Check Your Order Status

An email with your order number will be sent to you after completing payment. You’ll then receive an email with tracking information for your order once it's shipped. 

Some UPS and FedEx packages are handed over to your local post office to complete the delivery. If your package says it was delivered on UPS.com or FedEx.com and you have not received it, it may be with the USPS and arriving shortly. You should see a 20 digit number that can be used to track your package on USPS.com. 

Click on our order tracking link, then input your order number and email or phone number to pull up your order.

Due to system upgrade, some packages currently can only be tracked with the following partner system. If you've received an email that contains tracking information but see "pending/does not exist" status, please enter the tracking information below to track.
